NobleStrategy Promotes Ceylon Frett to Vice President

NEW YORK and NEWARK, N.J. (March 17, 2011) - Ceylon Frett has been promoted to Vice President of NobleStrategy, a construction management and training firm with offices in Harlem, Long Island City and Newark. Frett has been with the company since 2008, serving as Director of Business Development.

"Ceylon has been a tremendous asset to NobleStrategy and has been instrumental in our company's success even during difficult economic times," said William S. Parrish, Jr., President & CEO of NobleStrategy. "Even before Ceylon became an employee, he was one of my most trusted consultants and helped us launch the firm. In addition to business development, Ceylon now serves as a company executive directly responsible for all daily operations, client services and project management."

With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and technology consulting, Frett has compiled a wealth of knowledge developing new business for construction facilities and real estate clients. He has managed construction management and training services for many of NobleStrategy's most prominent clients, including the New York City School Construction Authority, Merrill Lynch, New York City Charter School Center and the Brick City Development Corporation, the primary economic development catalyst for the City of Newark.

"I look forward to working closely with Bill Parrish as we advance not only the interests of NobleStrategy, but those of minority-owned businesses throughout the New York metropolitan region," said Frett. "NobleStrategy continues to thrive because we understand the value of forming strategic alliances with business partners and the communities where we work. Together, we can meet the infrastructure needs that are so critical to many quality of life issues."

Frett graduated from Morgan State University with a B.S. in Marketing and the Fundamentals of Construction Management Certification Program at New York City College of Technology. He is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Chairman of the Newark Public Schools School-to-Career & College Initiatives Technology Advisory Board and a Board Member of the Rutgers University Small Business Development Center.
