CLINTON, N.J. (January 25, 2012) - Dale L. Gardner, Jr. of Freemansburg, Pa. has joined Unity Bank as Vice President and Loan Servicing Manager.
Gardner manages the loan servicing and accounting staff and ensures the bank is in compliance with regulatory and audit standards as it relates to servicing Small Business Administration (SBA), commercial and consumer loans.
Gardner has over 12 years of financial and information technology management experience, most recently serving as IT Project Analyst with Buckeye Partners, LP in Breinigsville, Pa. Gardner also worked with the CIT Small Business Lending Corp. in Livingston, holding the positions of Director of Business Analysis/Director of Portfolio Quality and Portfolio Manager/Loan Administration Manager. He also worked with Warehouse Services Inc., in Belvidere as a Computer Systems Support/Inventory Coordinator and was a Section Leader in the U.S. Army.

Gardner is currently a student at DeSales University in Bethlehem, Pa., where he is pursuing a dual bachelor's degree in Accounting and IT Management. He received a Computer Technician Certificate from the Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, Pa. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Delaware Valley PMI-Chapter.
