CLINTON, N.J. (April 11, 2013) - Patricia Mabus of Parsippany, Michael Torralbas of Somerville and Vincent Bagarozza of Oakhurst have joined the Unity Bank, bringing nearly a century of experience to Unity's loan management team.

Mabus is Loan Servicing Manager and Vice President, responsible for servicing, preserving and protecting the bank's loan assets and collateral. She has over 35 years of banking experience with CIT Bank, First Union National Bank and Howard Savings Bank. Mabus received a bachelor's degree from Montclair State University.
Bagarozza and Torralbas are Commercial Loan Officers, responsible for the development and nurturing of commercial lending relationships. Their addition marks an expansion of the commercial lending staff.
Bagarozza has 36 years of banking experience, previously working with Union Center National Bank, The Provident Bank, Rumson-Fair Haven Bank, Bank of America. Lloyds Bank of New York and Bankers Trust Company. He received a B.S. in Finance from St. Frances College of New York. Bagarozza has served as a volunteer and board member for several organizations, including the Center for Non-Profit Organizations; Association for Retarded Citizens, Monmouth, Inc.; Monmouth-Ocean Developmental Council; Interfaith Hospitality Network; and the Health Care Financial Management Association.
Torralbas has over 27 years of banking experience, previously working with Magyar Bank and United Trust. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association (ABA) National School of Banking, now known as the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, an executive management school for the financial services industry.
