CLINTON, N.J. (December 9, 2014) - Flemington resident Christopher Burke, Unity Bank Assistant Vice President/Credit Analyst, has been selected as a New Leader in Banking by the New Jersey Bankers Association (NJBankers). Burke, 27, is one of only 13 bankers under age 40 statewide selected for the prestigious honor from NJBankers, a trade association representing more than 350 banks and service providers.

Burke joined Unity Bank two years ago after holding similar positions with banks in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill. He received a B.A. in Economics from Kean University, where he earned a Merit Scholarship. A former resident of Milltown, he also graduated from Bishop Ahr High School in Edison. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 11873.
Burke was honored during the Future Leaders in Banking Gala held in conjunction with NJBankers' annual trade show, BankHorizons, held in Atlantic City.
