Unity Bank Provides SBA Funding for Parisi Speed School at HealthQuest in Flemington

CLINTON, N.J. (March 16, 2015) - Unity Bank has provided a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan to fund the recent opening of a Parisi Speed School at HealthQuest in Flemington, the first franchise in Hunterdon County for the national speed and agility training company for children age 7 through professional athletes.

"We are extremely pleased to bring Parisi's nationally recognized training programs to families in Hunterdon County and the surrounding communities," said business owner Joe Georgewitz, 30, one of five performance coaches at the new facility. "Unity Bank really helped make my dream of working with young athletes in my own business a reality. Unity is just a great banking partner and they have managed all of our needs in a very professional expeditious way."

The $74,000 SBA 7(a) loan was provided to help Georgewitz finance the franchise and renovate the 5,200 square-foot space Parisi will utilize at the Route 31 health club.

"We have our own separate entrance on the north side of the HealthQuest building, adjacent to the outdoor pool," said Georgewitz. "We have a long term collaborative agreement with HealthQuest that will have a very positive impact on children and athletes throughout the region."

A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science, Georgewitz has eight years of experience with the Parisi system, starting at its Morris County facility as a college intern and working his way up through the company, serving as program director until starting starting the Parisi Speed School at HealthQuest.

"I really strongly believe that the Parisi system helps improve performance while preventing injuries," said Georgewitz. "Our process has been designed by world renowned coaches for athletes at all levels and I am looking forward to bringing that winning formula to the local community."

Georgewitz said the facility is offering free athletic performance evaluations. To schedule an evaluation or learn more about the program, please visit www.parisispeed-flemington.com or call (908) 455-1833.
