CLINTON, N.J. (May 15, 2017) - Unity Bank is seeking sponsors and classic car owners for the 11th Annual Crusin' Bob's Classic Car Show hosted by the bank on Sunday, June 25th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Unity's Clinton headquarters, 64 Old Highway 22. All proceeds of the fun-filled community event benefit Family Promise of Hunterdon County and Family Promise of Warren County.
"Family Promise is an outstanding organization and for years the car show has been a fun way to support their valuable work in the community," said Unity Bank President & CEO James A. Hughes. "The car show has really turned into a fun family event for everyone with free face painting, music, games, prizes and food. The emcee for the event is Doctor D. Entertainment and Lulu Laughalot Entertainment will provide face painting and balloon art. Admission to the event is free.
For car owners who pre-register, a $10 donation reserves a spot in the competition, which is important because space is limited. Car owner registration on the day of the show is $15. Pre-registration is open until June 21st. The lot opens for car registration at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the show. Family Promise of Hunterdon County and Family Promise of Warren County provide services to both help overcome and prevent homelessness through the Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) - a network of congregations and volunteers who provide overnight/weekend shelter, home-cooked meals, and companionship to families who enter the program.
